About the role

The Civil Engineer will independently lead, organise and supervise construction projects, ensuring that works are executed according to technical documentation, legal regulations and professional standards. The role includes quality verification, daily site reporting and final hand‑over documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead construction sites as site manager or works supervisor
• Maintain and sign the construction diary and prepare the cost accounting book
• Analyse project documentation and develop technical solutions on‑site
• Prepare cost estimates, schedule and dynamic plans and monitor their implementation
• Coordinate subcontractors and control the quality of executed works
• Communicate with investors, supervising engineers and designers
• Prepare documentation for technical inspection and hand‑over of the facility
• Ensure implementation of occupational safety and fire‑protection measures

Required profile

• Willingness to work on construction sites
• Strong analytical skills for project documentation
• Ability to coordinate multiple parties and manage schedules
