About the role

The company is looking for a qualified civil engineer (male/female) to join its construction team in Zagreb. The role involves managing documentation, coordinating subcontractors, and supporting the preparation of project plans for new construction contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Understanding and implementing contractual, technical and project documentation.
• Maintaining the construction diary and building log, and preparing monthly progress reports for the client.
• Sending inquiries and collecting subcontractor offers for trade and installation works.
• Preparing cost estimates for construction activities such as preparatory work, formwork, demolition, etc.
• Controlling monthly statements from subcontractors and monitoring site execution.
• Preparing documentation for negotiations with subcontractors.
• Preparing construction project documentation for awarded contracts.
• Creating organization charts, dynamic schedules, subcontractor contracting plans, and cost reviews.

Required profile

• Experience in handling construction contracts and technical documentation.
• Ability to manage construction diaries and produce accurate monthly reports.
• Competence in gathering and evaluating subcontractor proposals.
• Skill in preparing cost calculations for various construction tasks.
