Inženjer građevinarstva – voditelj gradilišta (m/ž)

About the role

We are looking for a qualified civil engineering professional to independently lead a construction site in Viškovo and its surrounding counties. The role involves coordinating all participants, ensuring compliance with contracts and technical standards, and delivering high‑quality results on demanding projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the construction site autonomously, organising and coordinating all stakeholders.
• Execute works in line with the contract, design documents, technical regulations and professional standards.
• Supervise and control work progress, quality of installations and materials.
• Maintain and certify mandatory site documentation such as the construction diary and logbook.
• Prepare interim and final cost calculations and verify subcontractor invoices.

Required profile

• University degree in civil engineering (mag. ing. aedif. or bacc. ing. aedif.).
• Knowledge of Croatian construction legislation (Construction Act, Spatial Planning and Construction Act, professional supervision regulations).
• Ability to read project and technical documentation and produce cost estimates.
• Proficiency with MS Office (advanced Excel), AutoCAD and scheduling tools (MS Project or similar).
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence and willingness to work on‑site.
• Organised, independent, responsible and capable of leading a team.
