About the role

We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineer specialized in low‑land construction to join our team in Zagreb. You will be responsible for overseeing the execution of earth‑works projects, ensuring they meet technical, safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and supervise the execution of low‑land construction works.
• Maintain and manage site and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with investors, supervising engineers and subcontractors.
• Control quality, deadlines and costs of the works.
• Participate in the preparation of cost estimates and work calculations.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards and safety requirements.

Required profile

• Preferably some experience in low‑land construction.
• Willingness to work on construction sites.
• Responsible, autonomous and able to work well in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Good command of the MS Office suite.
