About the role

We are looking for an experienced civil or mechanical engineer to join our team in Potpićan. You will work on the design, documentation and 3D modelling of steel structures for industrial and production facilities, both locally and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare project and technical documentation for industrial and production plants.
• Create 3D models of steel structures using Tekla Structures and Autodesk Inventor, complying with current standards.
• Develop workshop, assembly and production drawings.
• Detail technical solutions and optimise structural designs.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers and international partners.
• Participate in technical coordination and follow projects from inception to final documentation.
• Resolve technical challenges and contribute to the development of project solutions.

Required profile

• University degree in civil engineering or mechanical engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in steel‑structure design.
• Strong knowledge of relevant standards (e.g., Eurocode).
• Proactive, independent work style with good communication and organisational skills.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Tekla Structures.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Inventor.
• Expertise in 3D modelling of steel constructions.
• In‑depth understanding of Eurocode and other steel‑structure regulations.
