About the role

The Flooring Application Instructor will develop and deliver installation programs for floor coverings, ensuring they meet customer and market requirements. The role combines technical support, product promotion, and training for contractors, investors, architects and internal teams across Croatia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop installation programs for floor coverings aligned with client needs and market trends.
• Conduct practical presentations and product promotions for target groups (contractors, investors, architects) and internal audiences.
• Prepare sales samples, exhibition pieces, and promotional materials for digital and other media.
• Organise and deliver training sessions for contractors in line with corporate and local guidelines.
• Provide technical support on‑site, produce relevant reports, and maintain technical documentation and customer databases.
• Communicate daily with existing customers and investors, building relationships and offering technical assistance.
• Collaborate with all Sika Croatia departments to ensure high‑quality service.
• Participate in trade fairs, articles, and other marketing activities.
• Assist in complaint management and report to supervisors.

Required profile

• Secondary technical education (preferably in a technical field).
• Strong technical knowledge of flooring systems and installation processes.
• High level of autonomy, organisation and pro‑activity.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work both in office and on‑site throughout Croatia.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
