In‑store Marketing Assets Executive

About the role

The In‑store Marketing Assets Executive will coordinate all activities related to marketing equipment and point‑of‑sale (POS) materials for the Future Consumption (Retail) channel. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the brand’s visual presence is consistent and impactful across retail locations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all processes linked to marketing equipment and POS materials for the Future Consumption channel.
• Plan, create and procure new marketing material in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Manage administrative tasks such as order tracking, logistics, deliveries and required documentation.
• Plan and control the budget for marketing equipment, monitoring CAPEX investments.
• Coordinate marketing support activities for the company’s brands.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, procurement, logistics and external suppliers to ensure timely execution of all activities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in trade marketing, marketing or related commercial functions.
• Strong desire to develop a career in marketing.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
• Valid category B driving licence and active driver.
• Excellent organizational, communication and analytical abilities, creativity, precision and a proactive attitude.
