ICT Delivery Coordinator (f/m)

About the role

The ICT Delivery Coordinator will oversee the implementation of complex ICT solutions for business customers, working closely with network, security, cloud and IT teams. This role ensures timely, high‑quality delivery of services while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of complex ICT solutions and services across multiple technical teams.
• Plan, monitor and align activities of all involved teams to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Manage risks, dependencies and escalations, proposing corrective actions when needed.
• Maintain transparent communication with project stakeholders regarding status, challenges and decisions.
• Validate request feasibility, prioritize changes and manage the delivery lifecycle.
• Contribute to the improvement of processes, procedures and coordination tools.
• Ensure technical and project documentation is up‑to‑date, high quality and accessible.

Required profile

• University degree (technical focus preferred) or proven experience with ICT technologies.
• At least 3 years of experience in ICT project coordination, implementation or operational delivery.
• Strong understanding of network, cloud, security and IT infrastructure solutions.
• Ability to discuss technical architecture with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, organized and responsible attitude, with good English proficiency.
