Human Resources Assistant (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our HR team as a Human Resources Assistant. This fully remote, entry‑level position offers the chance to learn the fundamentals of HR while supporting a growing international BPO company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily HR operations and answer employee queries.
• Track sick leave and vacation balances.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Help design and implement company initiatives and events.
• Perform office management tasks and maintain records.
• Collect and prepare data for statistical reporting.
• Assist in salary data collection and processing.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Economics, HR or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proactive mindset with a desire to improve processes.
• Analytical thinking – ability to gather data and make recommendations.
