Head of Human Resources - Plant Drniš

About the role

Constantia Flexibles International GmbH is looking for a Head of Human Resources for its plant in Drniš. The role takes part in developing and implementing the HR strategy in line with the company's business objectives and manages the main HR processes, in cooperation with management and the Group's HR teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, employee development, training, performance management, compensation and rewards, and employee retention
• Develop competencies, employer branding and employee engagement, motivation and well-being
• Take part in organizational structure planning, job systematization and evaluation, and compensation policy development
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation, collective agreements and internal policies
• Take part in internal and external audits and present HR processes in line with ISO, HACCP, BRCGS and other applicable standards
• Carry out other HR tasks as needed and on the supervisor's instructions

Required profile

• Degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in independent or managerial HR roles
• Good knowledge of labor legislation and HR processes
• Active command of English, spoken and written
• Proactive, independent and results-oriented approach

Required skills

• Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
