About the role

The company is looking for a Construction Technician to provide operational and technical support to site managers and engineers. You will work on real construction projects, both on‑site and in a modern office in Rugvica, gaining hands‑on experience across various types of builds.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational and technical assistance to site managers and engineers.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of construction sites.
• Maintain the construction diary, site logbook and other site documentation.
• Monitor performed works, record quantities and prepare data for work‑order calculations.
• Track project and technical documentation.
• Keep records of workers, machinery, vehicles, materials and equipment.
• Participate in planning of required personnel, materials and equipment.
• Follow work progress, ensure deadlines are met and coordinate site activities.
• Communicate with site managers, project team members and other stakeholders.
• Ensure tidy and timely documentation from the site.

Required profile

• Secondary school, vocational or university degree in construction.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience (candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply).
• Good understanding of technical and project documentation.
• Organised, responsible and precise with a desire to learn and develop professionally.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel occasionally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
• Basic English language skills.
