About the role

We are looking for motivated construction workers (male/female) to join our high‑rise building projects in Zagreb. The position involves masonry tasks and working on floor formwork on a busy construction site. The work will be carried out on a busy urban construction site, requiring adherence to strict safety standards and coordination with other trades.

Key responsibilities

• Perform masonry work on high‑rise structures.
• Set up and dismantle floor formwork (katna oplata).
• Collaborate with a small team of three workers or a pre‑existing group.
• Follow safety regulations and site procedures.
• All tasks will be performed under the supervision of site foremen.

Required profile

• Physically fit and able to handle manual labour.
• Available to work on‑site in Zagreb.
• Open to candidates from Croatia or foreign nationals from Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kosovo, Bosnia‑Herzegovina, Egypt.
• Candidates should be ready to start as soon as possible and be willing to work in a team‑oriented setting.
