Građevinski poslovođa – voditelj radova

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Građevinski poslovođa (Construction Site Manager) to lead our projects across Croatia. You will be the main point of contact on the construction site, ensuring that works are carried out safely, on schedule, and according to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and supervise all on‑site activities in line with dynamic project plans.
• Lead and coordinate site personnel, ensuring clear communication and task allocation.
• Manage, coordinate and control subcontractors to meet performance and safety requirements.
• Plan and monitor material and equipment quantities needed for each phase of work.
• Maintain continuous collaboration with the site engineer and other project stakeholders.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher education in construction (e.g., construction technician, works manager).
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under chaotic conditions typical of construction sites.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to listen and respond to site team input.
