About the role

The company is looking for a Construction Cost Estimator to prepare cost calculations and bills of quantities for building projects. The role involves close collaboration with procurement, operations and design teams to ensure accurate budgeting and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cost calculations and bills of quantities for high‑rise and other construction projects.
• Analyse project and tender documentation.
• Develop and submit offers to public and private investors.
• Collect and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Perform unit‑price analysis and resource estimation.
• Coordinate with procurement, operations and design departments during project preparation.
• Maintain and update price databases for materials, labour and equipment.
• Identify potential risks and propose cost‑optimisation measures.
• Participate in negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors when required.
• Produce internal cost and profitability reports.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma in a construction‑related field.
• Minimum three years of experience as a construction cost estimator.
• Proven experience in cost estimation for high‑rise projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction technologies, cost‑books and technical documentation.
• Active knowledge of the English language.
• Category B driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Advanced use of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with specialised cost‑estimation software.
