About the role

We are looking for a motivated Construction Engineer / Technical Referent to join our team in Zagreb. The position involves managing residential and commercial properties, supporting project development, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare management programmes and regular reports.
• Conduct site visits and inspections in Zagreb and surrounding areas.
• Maintain daily communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Handle administrative tasks related to building maintenance.
• Plan and organise investment works.
• Participate actively in project preparation and technical supervision of construction works.
• Monitor work progress and schedule compliance.
• Develop cost estimates and draft documentation.

Required profile

• No prior work experience required; experience is considered an advantage.
• Strong interest in construction management and technical supervision.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
