About the role

We are looking for a responsible, skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Civil Engineer or Construction Technician. The position involves participation in the development and execution of a variety of construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the creation and detailing of construction projects.
• Plan, organize and supervise the execution of construction works.
• Coordinate the work of contractors, subcontractors and other project participants.
• Monitor work progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Control the quality of works and compliance with project documentation.
• Prepare technical documentation, cost estimates and reports.
• Assist in the preparation of bids and cost analyses.
• Conduct site visits and provide professional supervision on construction sites.
• Communicate with investors, designers, supervisory bodies and other business partners.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Perform other construction‑related tasks as assigned by the employer.

Required profile

• Completed degree in Civil Engineering (Bachelor or Master) or equivalent technical education.
• Candidates with experience on construction projects are preferred.
• Applicants with a secondary technical qualification (Construction Technician) may apply if they have relevant experience.
• Proficiency in computer work and specialized design/project‑management software.
• Independent, responsible and able to work effectively in a team.
