About the role

We are looking for a Senior Specialist in Agency Operations and Credit Administration to join our team in Varaždin. The role involves managing syndicated loan agreements, coordinating with participating banks, and overseeing risk product administration.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct agency work on syndicated credits in accordance with contractual provisions and internal procedures.
• Collaborate with participating banks to ensure proper execution of contract conditions, annexes and consents throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Monitor compliance with all contractual obligations, financial covenants and report on their status.
• Administer loans and other risky products for legal entities.
• Prepare, align and distribute contracts and related documentation, input conditions and book risky products in the bank’s system.
• Manage security instruments for realized loans and risky products, including collateral entry, control, monitoring and reporting.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Mathematics or a related field (Bachelor or Master).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
• Advanced English language skills.
