About the role
We are looking for a motivated Finance Referent and Administrator to join our team in Zagreb. The role involves daily interaction with clients and handling a variety of accounting and payroll tasks in a fast‑moving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate daily with clients to gather and clarify financial information.
- Perform bookkeeping entries and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Enter data from URA, IRA, bank statements and other financial documents.
- Calculate payroll and other types of income.
- Carry out additional accounting duties as required.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills for client interaction.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
