Financial Planner & Analyst (Finance & FP&A)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Financial Planner & Analyst to join a leading international retail company. You will act as a business partner to multiple teams, providing financial insight that drives strategic decisions and supports growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Monitor business results, perform variance analysis and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide financial support to business units through analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Analyze profitability, margins and costs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop financial models and contribute to strategic business planning.
• Support B2B and Marketplace project development.
• Assist in the optimisation and digitalisation of financial processes and implement new solutions.
• Prepare financial reports, analyses and presentations for management.
• Collaborate closely with finance, sales and other operational teams.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, controlling or FP&A.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and business analysis.
• Strong understanding of accounting processes and profitability analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and handling large data sets.
• Experience working with databases and ERP systems.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Analytical mindset, proactive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Retail experience is a plus.
