Finance Specialist – Cash Management

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Specialist to join our Zagreb team and support cash management, banking activities, and reporting across our entities. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth financial operations and maintaining strong relationships with our banking partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily payment processes and ensure accurate, timely execution of financial transactions.
• Monitor cash positions and assist with cash‑flow planning and liquidity management.
• Participate in managing intercompany and bank loans, including documentation, monitoring, and reporting.
• Act as the primary point of contact for banks and support banking administration activities.
• Maintain online banking platforms and manage user access.
• Prepare and keep financial documentation in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and regulatory reports.
• Support the Finance team with administrative, reporting, and ad‑hoc finance tasks.

Required profile

• University degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in finance, treasury, cash management or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and accountability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in Croatian and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with SAP.
• Familiarity with online banking platforms.
