Finance Manager – Croatia

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to act as the right hand of the General Manager in Croatia, driving financial performance and co‑owning the P&L. You will shape financial decision‑making, transform data into actionable insights, and support strategy implementation across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager on high‑stakes decisions and influence all business functions.
• Own financial execution: forecasting, free cash flow, budgeting, and ensuring accounting and billing accuracy.
• Lead treasury activities and manage relationships with banks, PSPs, tax authorities and partners.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, Commercial, Marketing and other teams to align execution with financial priorities.
• Manage and mentor a Finance team of four, driving continuous P&L optimisation through financial modelling and insights.

Required profile

• 6–8+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, audit or corporate finance.
• Strong financial acumen with advanced knowledge of accounting, corporate finance and P&L ownership.
• Proven track record of driving financial performance and building high‑performance teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Croatian.
• Strategic mindset, analytical ability and comfort working in a fast‑paced, high‑intensity environment.
