Field Sales Consultant (Self-Employed)

About the role

Join SumUp as an independent Field Sales Consultant and help local merchants modernise their payment processes. You will operate as your own business partner, managing a personal sales territory while promoting SumUp’s fintech solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new merchants through field visits and cold prospecting.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with local businesses.
• Present SumUp’s payment products and services to prospective clients.
• Manage your own sales pipeline and customer portfolio.
• Organise your territory independently to maximise sales success.
• Represent SumUp professionally in the local market.

Required profile

• Previous experience in B2B, field or direct sales.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Comfortable with cold acquisition of new customers.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the region.
• Willingness to register your own company or sole proprietorship in Croatia.
