About the role

We are looking for responsible and experienced facade workers and interior painters to contribute to the successful execution of our construction projects in Zagreb.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare substrates for facade and interior painting works.
• Perform all types of facade work, including insulation installation, mortar application, finishing layers, and profile processing.
• Carry out interior painting tasks such as plastering, sanding, impregnation, and painting walls and ceilings.
• Work with various materials (acrylic, silicate, silicone plasters, paints) and appropriate tools.
• Adhere to technical specifications, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Keep the work area clean and orderly.
• Collaborate actively with project managers and team members.

Required profile

• Completed vocational school in facade work/painter or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience in similar roles.
• High precision, responsibility, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new techniques.
• Compliance with safety regulations.

Required skills

• Experience with acrylic plaster systems.
• Experience with silicate plaster systems.
• Experience with silicone plaster systems.
• Proficiency in applying mortars and insulation materials.
• Competence in wall and ceiling painting techniques.
• Ability to handle various construction tools and equipment.
