About the role

The Aloe Vera plant drugstore in the centre of Split, with more than 20 years of tradition, is looking for a pharmaceutical technician (m/f) to join the team. The successful candidate will work directly with customers, helping them choose and use herbal and natural products while ensuring the store operates smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Advise customers on the proper use of herbal preparations and natural products.
• Sell and present products using professional knowledge and a holistic approach.
• Monitor stock levels and expiration dates.
• Receive goods, verify deliveries and enter data into the computer system.
• Maintain cleanliness of the premises and uphold hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education in the pharmaceutical field (SSS) or equivalent qualification for a pharmaceutical technician.
• Professional exam passed – desirable but not mandatory.
• Experience in sales or health‑related counseling is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude.
• Interest in natural medicine, medicinal herbs and phytotherapy.
