About the role

The pharmacy is looking for a qualified Pharmacy Technician to join the team in Zagreb. The role involves providing professional support in line with good pharmacy practice, ensuring safe dispensing of non‑prescription medicines and related products.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out pharmacy technician tasks according to good pharmacy practice guidelines and ethical standards.
• Advise customers, select and dispense over‑the‑counter medicines, self‑care products, dermocosmetics and other pharmacy items.
• Prepare magistral (compounded) and galenic (pharmaceutical) preparations.
• Perform additional administrative and technical duties within the pharmacy.

Required profile

• Certificate of completed education for a pharmacy technician.
• Preferably prior experience using the EskulapWin pharmacy software (EdBorel).

Required skills

• Proficiency with EskulapWin pharmacy management system.
