Farm Manager (m/f)

About the role

The Farm Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of a poultry farm, ensuring efficient production of chicks, hatching eggs and broilers while maintaining high standards of bio‑security, safety and data quality.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, implement and control the technological‑preventive production process during chick rearing, hatching‑egg production, flock liquidation and farm renovation during downtime.
• Oversee the complete broiler production process on the farm.
• Ensure compliance with bio‑security and hygiene measures.
• Maintain accurate production records and data.
• Implement occupational safety and fire‑protection measures.
• Plan and optimise the use of company assets and work resources.
• Coordinate actions to achieve economic efficiency of production.
• Guarantee the quality of farm work and the accuracy of processed information.

Required profile

• Higher education in agriculture (livestock focus) or a related field, or a secondary veterinary school qualification.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Practical knowledge of a foreign language, preferably English.
• Category B driver’s licence.
• Experience in poultry is desirable but not mandatory.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
