Entry-Level IT Technician (m/f)

About the role

Corelion is looking for an entry‑level IT Technician to provide technical support and customer service to healthcare clients across the United States. You will work remotely with end‑users, handling a wide range of issues from simple workstation setups to complex network troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with end‑users via phone and email to resolve technical issues.
• Configure and manage IT equipment such as workstations, tablets, printers and scanners.
• Set up email clients, shared folders, domain accounts and perform software installations and updates.
• Troubleshoot desktop, peripheral and virtual workstation problems.
• Assist with server‑related issues and collaborate with the team on client‑wide incidents.
• Document processes, incidents and resolutions.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Essential knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office 365.
• Basic understanding of computer networks.
• Available to work the 3 PM – 11 PM shift.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a team‑player attitude.
