Engineering Manager – Single Phase UPS

About the role

The Engineering Manager leads a multidisciplinary team of Electrical, Software, Mechanical and Test Engineers to deliver design and development projects for Single‑Phase UPS products. The role is responsible for planning, executing and reporting on projects that support Vertiv’s global lines of business.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, negotiate priorities and schedule tasks across engineering disciplines.
• Manage lead engineers and individual contributors, ensuring successful design and development of UPS solutions.
• Report progress to senior leadership and coordinate with global development teams.

Required profile

• Technical team management experience with 10+ years in electrical product development.
• Strong knowledge of the full product design cycle and ability to organize and schedule team activities.
• Fluent English, excellent communication and conflict‑resolution skills, with up to 10 % international travel.
