About the role

SWARCO Croatia, an international leader in traffic‑management solutions, is seeking an Elektroinstalater to join its Zagreb team. The role focuses on the execution and installation of road‑traffic signalling equipment, including light signals and automatic traffic‑control systems.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out installation and mounting of traffic signalling devices on road infrastructure.
• Perform wiring, testing, and commissioning of light signalling and automated control systems.
• Collaborate with project engineers to ensure installations meet technical specifications and safety standards.
• Provide on‑site troubleshooting and support during the hand‑over phase.

Required profile

• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Resourceful, eager to learn and develop professionally.
• Previous work experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Valid Category B driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Electrical installation of traffic signalling equipment.
