Electrical Engineer – Logistics Solutions

About the role

Knapp Croatia is looking for an Electrical Engineer to take ownership of the electrical and control engineering aspects of its complex logistics automation projects. You will work closely with sales, planning and multi‑disciplinary project teams to deliver reliable, high‑performance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead electrical and control engineering design for logistics automation systems.
• Coordinate with sales and planning departments to align technical solutions with customer requirements.
• Collaborate with CAD and PLC teams in multi‑project environments to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support assembly and commissioning, acting as the bridge between customer expectations and technical feasibility.

Required profile

• Technical education in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Professional experience in electrical engineering is desirable.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Open‑minded, communicative, and able to work independently.

Required skills

• CAD proficiency.
• PLC knowledge.
