Electrical Assembler (m/f/d)

About the role

PIA Automation Croatia is looking for an Electrical Assembler to join its Electrical Assembly department in Sesvetski Kraljevec (Zagreb). You will work on control cabinet assembly and wiring of automation control systems, both locally and on international projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble control cabinets and wire control systems according to checklists, test plans and assembly documentation.
• Check technical drawings and specifications, and ensure all work complies with quality standards and safety procedures.
• Participate in project assembly and commissioning in Croatia and abroad, supporting technical improvements and collaborating with Electrical and Mechanical Design teams.

Required profile

• Very good electrical assembly skills with a quality‑ and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel; good command of Croatian and English (German is a plus).

Required skills

• Electrical assembly and wiring of control systems.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Basic mechanical assembly.
• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems (advantage).
• Experience operating forklifts and hydraulic work platforms (advantage).
