About the role

We are looking for a responsible, communicative and organized person to join our dance equipment store in Zagreb. The role involves direct interaction with customers, handling sales transactions and supporting the daily operations of a dynamic retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Sell dance equipment and clothing, advising customers on product selection.
• Communicate with customers in person, by phone and email.
• Operate the cash register and process payments.
• Receive and process online orders.
• Receive, unpack and arrange merchandise.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor stock levels.
• Create internal records and maintain basic business documentation.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Perform other daily tasks required for store functioning.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Friendly, professional attitude toward customers.
• Reliability, independence and a proactive approach.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Interest in dance, sport or fashion is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic computer usage.
• Cash register operation.
