About the role

We are looking for a motivated store employee to join our child‑equipment and toy shop, Atelier Bebes, located in the centre of Zagreb. You will be the face of the store, helping families choose the right products and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers at the sales floor and provide product information.
• Perform active selling and upselling.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions.
• Receive, label, stock, and arrange merchandise.
• Maintain clean and orderly store displays and fitting rooms.
• Prepare and ship online orders.
• Conduct daily price checks, label verification, and inventory control.
• Participate in stock‑taking and price updates.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in retail sales.
• Minimum secondary school education (SSS).
• Good organisational abilities and a proactive sales attitude.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer‑oriented approach.
• Flexibility, reliability and the ability to work in a team.

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent contract with standard retail hours.
• Every second Saturday off.
• Two shift options: 09:00‑16:00 or 13:00‑20:00, plus Saturday 09:00‑15:00.
