About the role

The Technical Service Employee will ensure the cleanliness, functionality and safety of the hotel building and its auxiliary spaces. Working closely with craftsmen and service technicians, the role involves routine upkeep, minor repairs and monitoring of key installations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain order and operational readiness of the business premises and auxiliary rooms.
• Collaborate with craftsmen and service technicians for repairs and upgrades.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and small‑scale repairs.
• Supervise boiler room, HVAC system and other plant installations.
• Identify potential faults, propose preventive solutions and follow maintenance plans.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Technical or mechanical secondary education (KV or SSS).
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Flexibility and good computer skills.

Required skills

• Reading technical documentation and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of boiler, HVAC and other plant equipment.
• Basic equipment maintenance and repair.
• Computer literacy for maintenance software.
