About the role
We are looking for an Accounting Staff member to join our finance team in Opatija. The role involves handling day‑to‑day bookkeeping tasks, preparing invoices and supporting customer communication within a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage goods‑material transactions and inventory records.
- Prepare and issue invoices accurately.
- Communicate with customers regarding billing and payment queries.
- Perform general administrative duties related to accounting.
Required profile
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
Required skills
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with the Pantheon accounting system (preferred).
