About the role
The travel agency is looking for a motivated accounting staff member to join its finance department. The position focuses on service‑related accounting tasks rather than product inventory bookkeeping.
Key responsibilities
- Processing, posting and controlling domestic and foreign URA/IRA documents.
- Recording bank statements.
- Monthly VAT calculation (PPO and RPO).
- Calculating and posting travel expense reports.
- Using net‑banking and Croatian e‑government platforms (ePorezna, eFina, eMirovinsko).
- Cash‑desk operations: payments, disbursements and journal maintenance.
- Tracking working hours, employee clock‑in and clock‑out.
- Preparing and submitting statistical reports (TRHT, SPPI, USL‑M, RAD‑1G, etc.).
