About the role

Outdoor akzent is looking for a motivated individual to support the Planning Department with a range of administrative and accounting tasks. The role combines routine financial processing with coordination of media‑related documentation and market research for out‑of‑home (OOH) campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare invoices and pro‑forma invoices.
• Organise and file documentation efficiently.
• Coordinate and process photographic documentation.
• Generate internal reports.
• Create presentations for media formats such as billboards, city lights and megaboards.
• Conduct market research to support campaign planning.
• Assist in the planning and execution of OOH advertising campaigns.

Required profile

• Secondary school or higher education, preferably in economics.
• Experience in administrative or accounting functions is an advantage.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Strong organisational abilities and teamwork orientation.
• Negotiation skills.
