About the role

We are looking for a motivated and responsible graduate civil engineer to join our construction team. The role involves managing site activities across Croatia, ensuring projects progress smoothly from start‑up to hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of construction projects, from initial design to final hand‑over.
• Coordinate on‑site work, collaborating with contractors, designers, and supervisors.
• Maintain records and regularly monitor all personnel on the site.
• Prepare and manage construction documentation and books.

Required profile

• University degree in civil engineering (VSS).
• Active membership in the Croatian Chamber of Civil Engineers is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, problem‑solving orientation, and teamwork spirit.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with MS Project (advantageous).
