Design HVAC Engineer (Junior to Senior)

About the role

We are looking for a Design HVAC Engineer to join our mechanical engineering team in Croatia. The position is open for candidates at junior, mid or senior level and involves creating both conceptual and detailed designs for heating, ventilation and air‑conditioning projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and detailed HVAC designs based on project requirements.
• Prepare mechanical documentation including heat‑load calculations, ventilation sizing, CFD analysis, detailed drawings and material submittals.
• Participate in kick‑off, regular project and on‑site coordination meetings.
• Produce documents according to the project document list and specify Bill of Materials.
• Provide technical support for procurement and collaborate with manufacturing, site deployment and commissioning engineers.
• Assist in internal testing and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with a focus on thermodynamics.
• Proven experience in collaborative engineering projects and team coordination.
• Strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
