Deputy Compliance Officer (m/f/x)

About the role

We are seeking a Deputy Compliance Officer to support ethical, transparent and compliant business operations across the Lenis Group. The role acts as a trusted partner, providing day‑to‑day compliance guidance and collaborating with both local and international stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of the compliance function throughout the organization.
• Review promotional and non‑promotional activities and related documents from a compliance perspective.
• Provide day‑to‑day compliance advice and assistance to employees and business partners.
• Monitor legislation, industry codes and best practices, ensuring adherence to applicable requirements.
• Prepare, update and implement internal policies, procedures and other compliance documentation.
• Deliver internal training sessions and promote a culture of ethical and responsible conduct.
• Assist in identifying, assessing and mitigating compliance risks and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with local, regional and cross‑functional teams to sustain compliant business practices.
• Prepare reports, analyses and recommendations for management.
• Stay informed on developments in the compliance field and pursue continuous professional development.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
