Department Manager – Visual Merchandising

About the role

We are looking for a Department Manager – Visual Merchandising to join the inaugural Victoria’s Secret store in Zagreb. The role will drive the visual presentation of the brand, ensuring that window and in‑store displays reflect the company’s standards while supporting overall store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure product displays and overall store presentation comply with Victoria’s Secret visual merchandising standards.
• Coordinate regular updates of window displays and in‑store visual elements.
• Train and support store employees in understanding and implementing visual merchandising standards.
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve strong performance and professional growth.
• Collaborate with the store team to guarantee regular product replenishment on the sales floor.
• Monitor and analyze visual merchandising activities and their impact on store performance.
• Report on relevant performance indicators and budget achievement.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service and overall brand presentation.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience in a visual merchandising role within a retail environment.
• Proven experience managing a team in the retail industry.
• Ability to link visual merchandising activities to measurable store results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to delivering the highest standards of customer service.
• Good command of English for confident communication.
