About the role

We are looking for a motivated Dental Assistant to join our orthodontic clinic in Zagreb. You will support dentists during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, ensure a safe and well‑prepared treatment environment, and assist patients throughout their care journey.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, order and triage patients according to the type of diagnostic‑therapeutic procedure.
• Prepare the treatment room, instruments, equipment and materials.
• Perform sterilization and disinfection of instruments and work areas.
• Assist the dentist during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Provide post‑treatment patient care and support in emergency situations following internal protocols.
• Handle administrative tasks in the CRM system.
• Monitor consumables and medication stock, placing orders as needed.

Required profile

• Completed education as a dental assistant or as a nurse/medical technician.
• Approved HKDM or HKMS licence for independent work.
• Previous experience working in a dental practice.
• Strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Use of digital dental scanners.
• Dental photography.
• CRM software for patient management.
• Sterilization and disinfection procedures.
