Demand Planner (m/ž)

About the role

Orbico d.o.o. is looking for an organized and analytical individual to join the supply chain team as a Demand Planner. The role is initially a maternity‑leave replacement with the possibility of continuation based on performance and business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, consolidate and place orders to suppliers.
• Maintain product master data, including logistics information and purchase/sales prices.
• Verify inbound goods (quantities and purchase terms) and resolve related complaints.
• Coordinate co‑packing and warehouse operations together with the sales department.
• Monitor and analyse non‑deliveries and other inventory performance indicators.
• Support transportation planning within procurement.
• Record and post ancillary costs related to goods receipt.
• Stay informed on customs and legal regulations for product placement in the Croatian market.
• Archive documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
• Participate in inventory cycles, investigate discrepancies and post results.

Required profile

• Secondary school, high school or university degree in economics or a related field.
• Experience in similar roles is optional but appreciated.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Creative, analytical and innovative mindset with a proactive, result‑oriented attitude.
• High personal integrity and responsibility.
