Demand Planner

About the role

The Demand Planner will join the supply‑chain team of Perutnina Ptuj in Zagreb, supporting the forecasting process for products, customers and sales channels. The role focuses on improving demand forecasts and aligning them with actual sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and continuously improve demand forecasts at the article, customer and channel level.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and analyse gaps between planned and realised sales, proposing corrective actions.
• Review seasonal effects, sales trends and dynamics to adjust forecasts.
• Analyse key sales parameters on a weekly basis and compare current periods with previous ones.
• Participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly sales plans.
• Produce and distribute analytical reports on sales parameters and ensure monthly alignment of sales plans.

Required profile

• Higher education (VSS/VŠS) in economics.
• At least one year of experience in a planning specialist role.
• Responsible and conscientious work attitude.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of SAP (advantage).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and the broader MS Office suite.
