Customer Support Specialist (Albanian + English) (m/f/d)

About the role

We are expanding our customer support team for a leading cosmetics and beauty client. As a Customer Support Specialist you will interact with Albanian‑speaking customers in English, providing assistance through phone, email and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat.
• Provide clear information about cosmetics and beauty products and services.
• Identify issues, propose appropriate solutions and ensure timely resolution.
• Document each interaction accurately in the support system.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering courteous and effective service.

Required profile

• Fluent in Albanian and English (minimum B2 level) with strong verbal and written skills.
• Excellent communication, empathy and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and solve problems efficiently.
• Proficient in using multiple computer applications simultaneously.
• Previous experience in the cosmetics or luxury sector is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital and social media platforms is advantageous.
• Prior experience in a customer service or call‑center environment is desirable.
