Customer Service Representative

About the role

Constantia Flexibles International GmbH is looking for a Customer Service Representative in Drniš. You will be the main contact for assigned customers throughout the entire order process, from the first inquiry through order processing, delivery and invoicing to follow-up, ensuring reliable, professional and responsive service.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the key contact for assigned customers, supporting them on products, services, orders, inquiries and complaints
• Manage the end-to-end order process, from inquiry and order entry through delivery, invoicing and follow-up
• Maintain accurate customer and order data and keep documentation complete and up to date in the relevant systems
• Build strong customer relationships and contribute to high customer satisfaction and retention
• Work closely with Sales, Planning, Logistics, Quality, Product Management and Supply Chain teams

Required profile

• Commercial education or a comparable qualification, ideally with experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support or a similar role
• Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Structured, reliable and detail-oriented, able to manage several priorities and follow tasks through to completion
• Proactive, solution-oriented and able to collaborate across functions

Required skills

• Confidence with ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft 365
• Very good English; additional languages are an advantage
