About the role
We are looking for a skilled CNC operator who can also program, grind and turn parts for our production line in Marinići. The successful candidate will work with a variety of CNC machines to produce high‑quality components according to technical drawings.
Key responsibilities
- Set up, operate and monitor CNC lathes, milling and grinding machines.
- Write, adjust and optimise CNC programs to meet design specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets.

- Strong organisational abilities.
- Team‑oriented mindset.
- Reliability and flexibility in shift work.
- Self‑initiative and ability to work independently.
