Cashier / Sales Assistant – Retail Store

About the role

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our OVS stores in Split and Zadar as Cashiers / Sales Assistants. You will be the face of the brand, handling transactions, presenting merchandise and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and process sales transactions accurately.
• Present, replenish and promote merchandise on the sales floor.
• Communicate with customers, answer queries and provide product information.
• Receive deliveries, unpack goods and maintain the storage area.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma (SSS).
• Preferably some experience in sales, though it is not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Eagerness to learn, develop continuously and take responsibility for tasks.
