About the role

The Customs Declarant prepares all types of customs declarations for import, export and transit, ensuring compliance with regulations. You will act as a liaison between clients, inspection authorities and customs officials.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit all customs declarations (import, export, transit).
• Complete and file Intrastat forms.
• Participate in customs inspections.
• Draft requests to inspection services (veterinary, sanitary, phytosanitary).
• Communicate with customs officers and take corrective actions when documentation is incomplete.
• Maintain contact with clients and inspection authorities.
• Calculate, control and close customs positions.
• Handle administrative tasks related to the customs department.

Required profile

• Passed the customs agent examination.
• Experience in customs procedures.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong problem‑solving ability.
• Attention to detail and responsibility.
• Willingness to work in a team.
