Business Development Manager (m/f)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to join our Property Recruitment team in Split. You will be responsible for generating new client relationships, promoting our tourism accommodation portfolio, and supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients through online platforms, advertising, referrals and partner networking.
• Present the company’s products and services to potential customers and partners.
• Conduct field activities, negotiate terms and close contracts.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to uncover new opportunities.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences and other promotional events.
• Report regularly to senior management on results and future plans.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education.
• Proven experience in sales and field work.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and goal‑oriented.
• Fluent in English and computer literate.
• Valid driver’s licence (category B).
• Preferably familiar with CRM systems.
